Quick heal technologies is a 100% debt free Indian Antivirus software and IT security services company, headquartered in Pune, India. The company is engaged in developing security software for the consumers and servers as well as for the cloud computing environments for small and medium enterprises which it sells directly to the customers or through its established partner channels.
Founded in 1995 as CAT Computer Services (P) Ltd by Kailash Katkar and Sanjay Katkar the company was renamed to Quick Heal Technologies Ltd in 2007. Initially the company was started as a computer service centre.
In the year 2010 Quick heal received investment from Sequoia Capital of Rs 60 Crores.

Further company opened new brach offices in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Continuing with the expansion in 2012 new offices were opened in Japan and US with offices opened in Africa in 2013.
In 2016, Quick Heal Technologies acquired an IT security firm Junco Technologies to launch Seqrite Services.
Seqrite is the Enterprise Security brand of Quick Heal Technologies Ltd. Launched in 2015 a combination of intelligence, analysis of applications and state-of-the-art technology, Seqrite is designed to provide continuous and better protection for enterprise corporate customer. In May 2020 Quick Heal Technologies made Strategic Investment in Ray, a Singapore based Networking & Wireless Technology start-up.
Quick Heal Technologies announced a strategic investment of INR 2 Crores in Ray Pte. Ltd., a Singapore based start-up specializing in next generation networking and wireless technology. Incorporated in the year 2019, Ray is an innovation driven technology company with its flagship product RayOS is an open, secure, cloud native, extensible Operating System with an ecosystem of applications .The investment will enable Ray to tap into Quick Heal’s rich legacy and expertise in the technology landscape to develop an integrated solution designed to protect IoT devices in enterprise and consumer segments from the next wave of cyber-attacks
