Refund Policy
At DarkHorseStocks, we are committed to providing the best service to our clients. However, please note the following regarding refunds:
- We do not offer refunds for our services.
- In the event of overpayment, double payment, or any technical errors resulting in duplicate charges, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, which may exceed 7 working days depending on the situation.
- To expedite the refund process, please email the transaction details to support@darkhorsestocks.in.
- Users may be required to pay additional charges incurred for payment gateway transactions or any other related charges.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the original credit card. For payments made through a payment gateway, refunds will be credited back to the same account.
