Account & Data Deletion – Darkhorsestocks
Darkhorsestocks respects your privacy and gives you full control over your account and data.
How to Request Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your Darkhorsestocks account and associated data, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to support@darkhorsestocks.in
- Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
- In the email body, mention:
- Your registered email ID
- Your registered mobile number (if applicable)
Once we receive your request, our team will verify the details and process the deletion.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification, we will permanently delete the following data associated with your account:
- User account profile information
- Login credentials
- Subscription and billing records (where applicable)
- Saved preferences and application usage data
Data Retention (If Any)
- All personal and account-related data is deleted within 48 hours of request approval.
- Minimal records (such as transaction references, if required by law) may be retained only for statutory or compliance purposes and are not used for any other purpose.
Confirmation
After the deletion is completed, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your account and associated data have been successfully deleted.
Partial Data Deletion (Optional)
If you wish to request deletion of specific data only, without deleting your entire account, you may also email support@darkhorsestocks.in with details of your request.
